Totally 80s Nominated For A Second Award

Blue Revolution is delighted to announce that 'Totally 80s With Gary King' has received an award-nomination at the annual New York Festival Of International Radio Programming for the second year running.

The ceremony, which will take place at the Tribeca Rooftop in Lower Manhattan on June 28th, is the radio industry's answer to the Oscars and celebrates the best in radio programming from around the world.

Speaking after receiving news of the nomination, Totally 80s host Gary King said, "I'm so thrilled that Totally 80s has been nominated again. We had THE most brilliant time last year at the ceremony and I'm looking forward to
another top night."

Blue Revolution's MD Paul Hollins commented, "I'm over-the-moon that Totally 80s has, for the second year running, been nominated for a New York Festival award. These awards truly are the Oscars of the radio industry and it's a great honour to be recognised on a global scale."

At the 2006 ceremony Totally 80s won Gold for 'Best Regularly Scheduled Music Programme', and this year will compete for the 'Best Oldies/Nostalgia Format'.
