The Kim Wilde 80s Show Sees Rapid Growth
The Kim Wilde 80s Show, hosted by pop star & broadcaster Kim Wilde, continues its rapid expansion into new territories.
Devised, produced and syndicated in a co-production deal between digital content specialists Blue Revolution and Francis Currie Consulting, this weekly 4 hour show already airs in multiple markets in Germany, but now adds Norway, Estonia, Denmark, Cyprus and Canada to its impressive network.
Kim said, “It’s such a buzz being on-air on so many amazing stations around the world. We’ve got big plans for The Kim Wilde 80 Show so this is just the beginning.”
In Norway national broadcaster Radio Norge has signed an exclusive deal to carry the show each weekend. Kristoffer Vangen, Director of Content & Programming commented, “It really feels like this show is made for Radio Norge, it works perfectly for us. Our share has increased by almost 10% in our Friday night timeslot.”
In Canada, the show is now airing in Calgary, Ottawa, Cornwall, Edmonton and Thunder Bay.
Rock FM (Cyprus), Retro FM (Estonia) and Radio Alfa (Denmark) have also secured broadcast rights for the show in their respective markets.
